THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 7880 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing counsel, Sri G. Shashadri, for the 5th respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners submitted representations, dated 30.01.2017 and 18.02.2017, and the same are pending consideration. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct respondent No.5 to consider the same and pass orders within a timeframe. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the 5th respondent will consider and take appropriate action on the said representations in accordance with law.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 5th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 30.01.2017 and 18.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
