The petitioner alleges inaction of the 2nd respondent in conduc ting enquiry vide charge Memo Proceedings No.A6/ 1940/ 2010Pts, dated 25-09-2010, as illegal and unconstitutional. The issue arises under Section 249(6) of the A.P.Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that with passage of time, the cause in the writ petition is rendered ineffective. The statement is placed on record.
