The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking action on the representation made by the petitioner, on 12.12.2019, which was sent to respondents 2 and 3 through registered post, seeking to take proper and appropriate action against respondents 4 and 5 for entering into the petitioner's land to an extent of Ac.1.05 guntas in Survey No.399 and Ac.0.25 guntas in Sy.No.588 situated at Pandurangapuram Village, Singireddypally Revenue village, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 24.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that on the basis of the complaint made to the 3rd respondent, on 12.12.2019, a GD entry was made and enquiry was conducted. After due enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.2 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 447 and 506 I.P.C., on the file of 3rd respondent police station, on 03.01.2020 and the said case is under investigation.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the official respondents, the grievance of to the petitioner stands redressed and no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
