Sri O. Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.3 and A.4, is present.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the charge sheet was taken cognizance by the learned Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Tirupati, on committal and assigned S.C.No.198 of 2015, and the same was ended in acquittal by the judgment dated 14.12.2015, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
