This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking regular bail to the petitioner/Accused in C.C.No.91 of 2017 on the lile of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of IPC and Section 5 of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned \ Assistant hrblic Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused t the record.

The petitioner was arrested by the Police executing a warrant which was issued in the year, 2018. The petitioner has allegedly committed offences under the provisions of A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999 and also cheating and criminal misappropriation. Learned Sessions Judge found that charges were not framed and in view of the long pendency of the case, the Police having arrested the accused after considerable time, the learned Sessions Judge found it is not proper to grant bail to the petitioner and
\ accordingly, dismissed the petition. There is no infirmity in the order of the learned Sessions judge.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that case is posted for framing charges.

In the event of framing charges, the petitioner is at liberty to move for bail in the trial Court and the learned Sessions Judge shall consider the bail application under changed circumstances. 6.
With the said observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed off. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
