THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46422 OF 2016 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition was filed for the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of Respondents as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Article 14, 21 of Indian Constitution in not considering the Representations dated 18-12-2016 and consequently direct the Respondents to Provide Police Protection and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of Justice." Learned Government Pleader, on written instructions, submitted that crime number was registered.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this issue. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
