13.06.2022 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This Application has been filed by the petitioner/accused No.8 seeking relaxation of the condition by reducing the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each, imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.10015 of 2021 by order dated 31.12.2021 while granting bail to him, in connection with the Crime No.31 of 2021 of Prohibition and Excise, Kachiguda, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act, 1985.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.8, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to reduce the surety amount from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each as imposed by this Court vide order dated 31.12.2021 in
