This revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the orders dated 26.11.2010 in I.A.No.32 of 2010 in O.P.No.1490 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam. As per office note, the O.P.1490 of 2008 was decreed on 05.06.2013. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of this petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note and also the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
