This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.S.No.487 of 2013 from the file of the V Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of the XVI Additional District Judge, Malkajgiri. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of a similar type of petition before the appropriate forum.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
