HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.9612 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8929 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.450 of 2017 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mydukur, which is outcome of crime No.126 of 2017 of Mydukur Urban Police Station, Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-A IPC and Sections 134 (a) & (b) r/w 187 of Motor Vehicles Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.9612 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
