THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Writ Petition No.11112 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri M.Narender Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner-Bank, would submit that, as the I.As. filed before the Debt Recovery Tribunal were not disposed of, the jurisdiction of this Court was invoked; pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 17.04.2015, the Tribunal passed an order dated 21.04.2015; and, as a result, the cause in the writ petition does not survive necessitating any further adjudication by this Court.

The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
