Sri Mir Masood Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner has approached the authorities, on 30.12.2019, seeking permission afresh, and therefore, the cause in this case does not survive for consideration any more, and thus, the matter has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Since the petitioner has made an application to the authorities concerned, the authorities shall consider the said application, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
