It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of the interim orders granted by this Court, petitioner had withdrawn the pension amount. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication further in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
