THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.16745 OF 2001 ORDER:

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 27.1.2016 and stated that as per the said proceedings, the writ petitioner has expired on 30.4.2009 in a road accident and his name was removed from the rolls of the Company and all his terminal benefits were settled and paid to the nominee and his son has been provided dependant employment on compassionate grounds, and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
