Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred appeal on 19.06.2018 before the 2nd respondent, challenging the order dt.29.05.2018 of the 3rd respondent along with a stay application, and that the 2nd respondent has not taken up the appeal or the stay application till date.

The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the said appeal preferred by petitioner within three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and pending disposal of the said appeal, the order dt.29.05.2018 of the 2nd respondent shall remain stayed. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
