CVNR, J W.P.No.5390 of 2013 17.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in entering the names of the new members enrolled by the person-in-charge vide G.L.No.8516 to G.L.No.10924 in the draft voters list of respondent No.1 society, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents to conduct elections to respondent No.1 society with the already registered members enrolled by the elected committee. 2.

At the hearing, Mr.P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 21.02.2013, in W.P.M.P.No.6720 of 2013 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.6720 of 2013 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
