THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.34474 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner was that the police authorities were not taking any action based on his complaint dated 27.08.2015.

The Inspector of Police, Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 02.11.2015 to the Office of the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that upon the petitioner's complaint dated 27.08.2015, Crime No.774 of 2015 was registered under Sections 427 and 447 IPC on the file of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate and investigation was taken up. A copy of the FIR is also placed on record.

In the light of the afore-stated developments, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
