THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 5012 OF 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in house plots bearing Nos. 19, 20, 13, 18/3, 26, 210, 212 and 87/1 in survey Nos. 48 and 47/1 situated at Kamareddy Town and Mandal, Nizamabad District, as arbitrary and illegal.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, learned standing counsel for respondent No. 1 submits that they are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners in subject plots and that if they require the said land, they will follow the due procedure.

In view of the statement made by learned standing counsel for respondent No. 1 that they are not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners with regard to the subject property, no further orders are necessary. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
