O R D E R

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in demolishing buildings of the petitioners without awarding any compensation as illegal and arbitrary. This Court granted interim stay on 10.02.2012. Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing counsel for respondents on instruction submits that there is no such proposal for widening of the road and no proposal for acquiring the land of the petitioners. It is also stated that no action has been initiated in pursuance of the interim orders passed on 10.02.2012. In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to effect the demolition of the petitioners' properties without following due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
