THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.5463 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A9 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in PRC No.10 of 2014 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ibrahimpatnam, which took cognizance of the offence punishable under Section 307 r/w 34 IPC. 2.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the impugned PRC No.10 of 2014 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, was committed to the Court of Session and the same was numbered as S.C.No.217 of 2014.

Under these circumstances, the petitioners are at liberty to seek remedy before the trial Court with regard to the proceedings in S.C.No.217 of 2014.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
