HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15942 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.165 of 2013 of Yedpally P.S, Nizamabad District, which was registered against them for the offences under Sec.323, 506 IPC and Sec.3(1)(x) of S.C, S.T (POA) Act.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced copy of final report and letter dt:28.07.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Yedpally P.S, Nizamabad District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as S.C.No.27 of 2015 on the file of VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
