Sri Chaitanya, learned counsel representing Sri N.Satyanarayna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Vasantha Rayudu, learned counsel for the respondents submit that the main suit was disposed of and hence the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission made by both the counsel, the CRP is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
