Heard.

Though the relief sought for in the present writ petition is against the respondents for not issuing NOC to the petitioner, the same issue is res integra in view of the two decisions of the Division Bench of this Court on the self same issue viz., W.A.No.1653 of 2013, dated 01-10-2013 and W.A.No.349 of 2015, dated 02-072015. Following the said decisions, the writ petition is disposed of holding that it is not necessary to produce NOC by the petitioner and it is open to the petitioner to produce copies of the orders in Writ Appeals referred to above including this order before the authorities concerned if they insist for production of NOC.
