THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3946 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 13.7.2017 in I.A. No.329 of 2017 in O.P.No.448 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of O.P. No.448 of 2017 as early as possible. In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by both the counsel, the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is hereby directed to dispose of O.P. No.448 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
