Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis in the writ petition is covered by the order of this Court dated 03.03.2016 in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.03.2016 in WP No.6690 of 2016, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to cause a survey for demarcating the lands of the petitioner by considering the representation dated 16.09.2013 submitted by the petitioner after collecting necessary charges therefor within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the petitioner and affected parties and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Let a copy of order dated 03.03.2016 in WP No.6690 of 2016 be annexed with this order.
