THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 569 of 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 21.06.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.24235 of 2016 in W.P.No.19723 of 2016.

In the order, dated 21.06.2016, this Court directed the respondents to extend the benefits stated in para 19 of the transfer policy, dated 15.06.2016, to the petitioner union also. Now, respondent No.3 filed a counter-affidavit stating that the protection from transfer was extended to the petitioner union vide Memo, dated 23.06.2016.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present contempt case.

Hence, the contempt case is closed.
