This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.5 and 6 in sending the constables to the petitioner's property/plot and threatening to vacate and surrender the possession of the petitioner's plot No.A 383 in Survey No.165 Part situated at Gopanpally Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, and causing interference in the civil matters/disputes without any authority or jurisdiction, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 27.12.2019, a copy of which is placed on the record of this Court, denied the allegation of the petitioner that respondents 5 and 6 sent constables to petitioner's land and threatened him to vacate and surrender possession of the land. It is also submitted that respondents 5 and 6 are only discharging their legitimate duties and did not harass, threaten or interfere in the civil disputes in any manner, nor did they interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioner by calling him to the police station, at any point of time.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader stating that the authorities only performed their legitimate duties and did not interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner in any manner, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
