21.10.2022 LK,J Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after the unauthorized constructions were demolished on 30-12-2021, the petitioners have not made any further constructions. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioners have reconstructed the demolished unauthorized construction and in this regard, learned Standing Counsel wants to place on record the photographs to show that the petitioners have made constructions. He further submits that they filed a counter affidavit in W.P.No.36504 of 2021.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, they have not received the said counter.

Learned Standing Counsel shall place the counter on record by serving a copy of the counter on the petitioner. Post on 26-10-2022 in motion list.
