Petitioner claims that she is the owner and possessor of lands to an extent of Ac.1.00 in Survey No.211-A, Acs.2.95 cents in Survey No.218 and Acs.2.78 cents in Survey No.248, totalling to Acs.6.73 cents, situated at Ponnekallu Village, Tadikonda Mandal, Guntur District. She submitted application dated 01.02.2017 in Form VI-A in accordance with the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, seeking mutation of her name in the revenue records. Alleging inaction on the said application, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition. 3.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Revenue produced the endorsement dated 03.07.2017 of the Tahsildar, Tadikonda Mandal, wherein it is stated that the request of the petitioner was rejected. 4.

If that being so, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
