The petitioner claims that with respect to the land admeasuring Ac.1-17 cents in Sy.No.529 situated at B.K.Palle Revenue Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District, pattadar passbooks and title deeds are stated to have been issued in his favour and also in favour of his brother. He, therefore, made an application on 03-09-2015 for mutation of his name and also the names of the legal representatives of his brother viz., S.Abdul Basha in the revenue record with respect to the land in question. The petitioner's application seeking mutation, dated 03-09-2015 is stated to be pending and since no action is taken by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition is filed.

Since the petitioner seeks mutation with respect to the land in question, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to examine the petitioner's application in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
