THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12916 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner claims that his wife earlier worked as Staff Nurse in the respondent - Company and died while she was in service. Claiming terminal benefits of his wife, notices, dated 31.10.2016 and 04.03.2017 were issued on behalf of petitioner by an advocate. Alleging inaction on the part of the respondents, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

Both the learned counsel agree for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the notices issued on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
Having regard to the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to forward the notices dated 31.10.2016 and 04.03.2017 to the 4th respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the 4th respondent shall examine the claim of the petitioner as reflected in the said notices and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of communication from the 5th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
