This writ petition is filed for the following relief - ".....Issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in contemplating to deduct the crop insurance premium from the sanctioned loan for the year 2011-2012 Kariff season against will of the petitioner and with out being any sanction of law is illegal, irregular and arbitrary and un constitutional consequently direct the respondents to advanced full loan amounts to the petitioner and

pass...."

In as much as the writ petition relates to rebate that is sought to be deducted for the crop year 2011-2012 and considering the fact that pending disposal of the writ petition this Court by order dated 14.10.2011 directed the respondents not to deduct the crop insurance premium from the petitioners/Members, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
