This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a Writ, order or direction, one or more particularly in the nature of writ of "Mandamus" declare the action of the respondents in not permitting the petitioners to run their theatres as per the rates mentioned in their applications though G.O.Ms.No.100, dated26.04.2013 issued by the 1st respondent is set aside by virtue of orders passed in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and batch dated 31.10.2016 allowing the cinema theatres to run as per the rates informed to the licensing authority as illegal and arbitrary and to permit the petitioners to collect price deemed appropriate by them as per their application dated 19.07.2018."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders, dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, and order, dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. 3.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents does not dispute the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-stated orders. Office is directed to enclose copies of the afore-stated orders, dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch and order, dated 13.04.2017, in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, to this order.
