2. The only grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that his request for issuance of duplicate pattadar passbook and title deed with regard to survey Nso.113, 114 and 115 admeasuring Ac.14-31 guntas, Ac.10-36 guntas and Ac.4-24 guntas respectively situated at Jalpally village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is not being considered by the second respondent. Petitioner states that the second respondent called for a report from the Tahsildar requiring him to furnish I-A, I-B register, Form XVII under Forms 8 and 7 and amendment register. It is also stated that the said documents are already furnished by the third respondent to the second respondent on 20.08.2015. But, however, the duplicate pattadar passbooks are not issued to the petitioner.

3. Learned government pleader submits that the second respondent has already taken appropriate steps, called for the necessary documents, is in the process of examining the petitioner's request, and would pass appropriate orders shortly.

4. In view of the said limited grievance of the petitioner, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to examine the report of the third respondent and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for issuance of duplicate pattadar passbooks expeditiously. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
