In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings in Crime No.211 of 2017 of Peddapalli PS, Peddapalli District which was registered for the offence under Sections 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC. 2) When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 10.08.2017 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Peddapalli PS and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and CC No. is awaited and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.211 of 2017 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
