Sri J.P.Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority by making an application seeking permission.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
