The learned Counsel for the appellants report that he wants to prefer an appeal against the impugned order under section 45 A of the Employees' State Insurance Act and he may be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Accordingly, permission is accorded.

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the appellants are at liberty to approach the E.S.I. Court, subject to limitation and law.
