THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25396 of 2018 O R D E R:

Petitioner's contention is that land alienated to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent is sought to be converted by the petitioner from industrial to residential use, and though certain representations had been given in the past, which have been recommended upon, no decision has been taken by the 1st respondent in that regard.

The Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for 1st respondent states that if the petitioner makes a fresh representation to 1st respondent, the 1st respondent will pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of submission of the said representation.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 1st respondent seeking conversion of the subject land from industrial to residential use; and on such representation being made, within a period of six (06) weeks there from, the 1st respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
