THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.VI NOD KUMAR WRI T PETI TI ON No.28864 of 2019 O R D E R:
The present writ petition is filed to declare the circular dated 14.12.2019 of the first respondent college, in detaining the petitioner in the first semester of the first year B-Tech course on the ground of shortage of attendance, as being illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard Smt.K.Pallavi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.Srikanth, learned counsel representing the first respondent college, and Sri V.Ramachander Goud, learned standing counsel for the second respondent.
3.
Learned counsel for the parties agreed that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in 28623 of 2019, dated 27.12.2019.
4.
Having regard to the above, since the petitioner does not have the requisite attendance, the writ petition is without merit and does not require any consideration.
5.
For reasons alike as were stated in the order in W.P.No.28623 of 2019, dated 27.12.2019, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
