HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11545 of 2009 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. Kadiyala Ravindranath, learned counsel holding for Mr. Cheedella Venkata Raman, Advocate on record for the petitioner, once again seeks adjournment.

This petition was filed in 2009 seeking direction to the respondents to provide complete infrastructure facilities at all market yards in the State of Andhra Pradesh by creating a corpus fund by all existing Government Agencies like Food Corporation of India, Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation, etc. The petitioner never bothered to take this petition for hearing before Court. No interim order was passed by this Court at any point of time. It is not yet admitted. Even it is not clear whether the grievance made in the writ petition survives as of today. In the circumstances, we reject the request for adjournment. It is open to the petitioner to file fresh petition for similar relief if he so desires and advised.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
