HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8809 OF 2015 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 4th respondents is making constructions in the property belonging to the petitioner, without obtaining necessary permission from the concerned authorities and he submitted a representation on 23.02.2015 to the 3rd respondent but no action has been taken. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for respondents 1 and 2 and Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent.

The learned Government Pleader submits that in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner, notice has been issued to respondent No.4 under the provisions of the Grampanchayat Act and further action will be taken. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to take further action and also ensure that no construction is made by respondent No.4 without obtaining approval from the concerned Authorities. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
