This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 09.08.2011 issued by the 1st respondent permitting the respondents 2 and 3 to erect cell tower on the roof of the building bearing Door No.15.12.201 of RTC Colony, Guntur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing counsel for the 1st respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that as per the proceedings dated 09.08.2011, no cell tower has been erected as alleged by the petitioner.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
