On 06.11.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal".

Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case diligently.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
