Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader representing the respondents.

At the time of hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the Proceedings of Deputy Collector and Mandal Revenue Officer, Rajendranagar, Ranga Reddy district, vide Proc.No.D/2354/2002, dated 03/01/2006 was served on the petitioner on 12/11/2015. No doubt, the compliance by the respondents

is not within the time stipulated by this Court. 3 . Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader without further getting into reasons for not complying the Court order within the time stipulated, compliance is accepted.

4. Contempt Case is closed. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
