THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4313 OF 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, questioning the legality and propriety of the order in I.A.No.722 of 2018 in O.S.No.548 of 2009 dated 21.06.2018, pending on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, wherein, the petition is filed under Order XXVI Rule 9 of C.P.C was dismissed.

In view of the detailed passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.4314 of 2018 dated 31.08.2018, the cause in this civil revision petition has become infructuous.

In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
