Sri K. Chidambaram, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum and liberty to file fresh Civil Revision Petition if cause of action arises in future and also leave to avail such remedies as may be available to the petitioner in law.

2. Leave is accordingly granted with liberty as prayed for.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
