The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 4th respondent in not taking action against respondents 7 to 11 and not providing requisite police aid to the petitioners from the unlawful interference by respondents 7 to 11 and their men with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners' land bearing Survey No.537 to an extent of Ac.1.02 guntas, Survey No.665/1, 2 and 3 to an extent of Acs.5.35 guntas and Survey No.693 to an extent of Acs.2.13 guntas situated at Bodhantharfa Bellal Village, within the limits of Bodhan Municipality and Mandal, Nizamabad District, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 04.02.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that the 1st petitioner in the present writ petition submitted a complaint before the 2nd respondent, on 20.11.2019, wherein it is alleged that the 9th respondent, his henchmen and his followers illegally erected the sign board in her land bearing Survey Nos.665/1, 665/2 and 665/3 to an extent of Acs.5.35 guntas situated in Bellal Tharfa of Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District. It is further submitted that the said complaint, filed with the 2nd respondent, was forwarded to the 4th respondent through proper channel to cause enquiry. Upon receiving the said complaint, on 28.11.2019, the 4th respondent made a GD entry and during the course of enquiry, it was disclosed that the matter is

purely civil in nature, and as such, a notice was issued to the 1st petitioner through registered post, on 30.12.2019, informing the same. By the said written instructions, the learned AGP further submits that the petitioners submitted another petition before the 4th respondent on 23.12.2019, wherein they requested to take action against illegal trespass being made by the 9th respondent and others and they are trying to dispossess the petitioners from their land and requested for providing police protection in the light of the orders of this Court in W.P.Nos.46823 and 48163 of 2018. By the said written instructions, it is also stated that the respondent authorities will ensure maintaining status quo in respect of the lands as mentioned in the complaint, as directed by this Court in the aforestated writ petitions.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the official respondents to the effect that they will maintain status quo in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.5.35 guntas in Survey Nos.665/1, 665/2 and 665/3 of Bellal Tharfa of Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition. 5.
