This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent not to pay the compensation amount of Rs.51,23,670/- to any other claimant or person, particulary Mrs.Kulsum Begum Sahiba or her L.Rs.

Heard.

In this case, one Mrs.Kulsum Begum Sahiba is not made a party to the writ petition against whom the relief is sought for. On 02.11.2016, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for impleading Mrs. Kulsum Begum Sahiba, but till today, no steps have been taken for impleading her. In view of the same, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed on non-impleadment of the party against whom the relief is sought for.
