Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner alleges that land to an extent of Acs.45.23 guntas in different survey numbers mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition situated at Ankushapur Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal Malkajgiri District, is his ancestral property and out of the said extent, land to an extent of Acs.5.02 guntas has fallen to his share. Petitioner alleges that his name was also reflected in the revenue records upto the year 1995. Alleging that subsequently wrong entries were made in the revenue records without following due process, petitioner claims to have filed appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division. In response to the same, on 14.08.2018, notice was issued for conducting enquiry on 01.09.2018. This Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction in disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no further progress after issuing notice dated 14.08.2018, causing hardship to the petitioner.

The notice dated 14.08.2018 issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division, is filed as Ex.P2 at Page No.31 of the Writ Petition paper book.

In view of the same, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Revenue Divisional Officer, Keesara Division, Medchal Malkajgiri District, to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon by giving due opportunity to all the parties before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
