Aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent - Statement of Telangana, represented by its Secretary, Department of Tribal Welfare, in not disposing of the revision filed by the petitioners along with stay petition on 25.06.2018 under Section 6 of A.P. Schedule Areas (Land Transfer Regulations) 1956 (for short 'the Regulations'), against the order dated 5.5.2018 passed by the Additional Agent to Government, Bhadrachalam in CMA.No.30 of 2018, and in seeking to evict them from the subject property, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare. Since the revision filed under Section 6 of the Regulations is stated to be pending with the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the said respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
